Group Yoga
Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga offers warm-ups, gentle postures that progress slowly, and yogic breathing. Gentle Yoga will increase mobility and reduce the effects of stress. Gentle Yoga is for students who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing or recovering from illness, injury or chronic pain. All poses will be carefully modified for each student’s needs and abilities.
Level I Yoga: In the Level I class you will be introduced to the basic standing, seated, reclining poses and twists to strengthen, stretch, lengthen the spine, create space in the joints, deepen awareness of the breath, and quiet the mind. Beginners welcome.
Level I/II Yoga: Level I/II is a moderately paced class, suitable for advanced beginners. The emphasis is on flowing sequences (such as Sun Salutations), and using breath to increase the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Instruction, adjustments and refinements are built into each class to increase understanding and connecting postures and breath.

Yoga Office Workshop
This workshop offers a brief discussion of the history of yoga coupled with accessible information about taking this ancient practice off the mat and into your office and daily life. Participants will learn how to calm a hectic day, help sustain stamina, and support their physical health. Mini yoga breaks, at your desk, will provide a release from work related stresses and improve concentration, relaxation and productivity.
This workshop can accommodate an unlimited number of participants and does not require a large space or a change of clothes!
